2. Can you find similiar product that we need?
Yes, we will help to source products and come back to you with results.
3. When will you ship goods after payment?
Normally, if we have the item within stock, ship within 3 working days. If need production, 15-30 days depending on the quantity.
4. Do you have video for the products?
We could make one for you, but we are not professional in making great video.
5. Can you make our logo on the products?
Yes, we can put your logo on the lighter for free. Also if you want a label with your logo on the package, it is also no problem if you reach our MOQ of package, which is 1000 pcs. Or paying an extra charge.
6. What shipping method you are using?
Normally, Express is our first option, Fedex, DHL or others. It takes 5-7 work days to your address normally. Also we have special air line to USA, EU and Australia. It takes 10 work days to your address. If your weight of lighter is under 2KG, we also have various epackets, like China Post Registered Air Mail, Singapore post, NL post, or others. Also shipping cost is vary, depends on location and shipping option.
7. Can you send us Invoices?
Yes, we could. Also if you have your own request towards invoice format, pls show us.
